In printed card-covered boards, with tipped in colour illustration on front panel and cloth spine (boards rubbed all round, with occasional small chips at edges, worn and a few mild marks, but strong and robust). The volume is not dated but there is a gift inscription on the front paste down dated 1947 and the volume has the appearance of being consistent with that date. Internally the pages show a few signs of fingering and aging but are firm and largely fresh. With music and lyrics for traditional songs, including Cadet Rouselle, Marlbrough and Trois Jeunes Soldats. French text throughout.
