Quarter-bound in red cloth over illustrated paper-covered front board, grey paper rear board, tipped-on colour spine label; black titles on spine. 8vo. Spine ends rubbed, heel worst. Corners rubbed with boards; paper worn through. Some light staining to the rear board. Text block edges tanned, staining to the bottom edge. Some sticker residue on front pastedown, gift inscription in pen on front free endpaper (dated 1928), tanning to free endpapers, some scuffs and small stains on rear pastedown endpaper but otherwise internally neat, clean and tight.
