Bound in full speckled brown leather, with black spine labels and gilt lettering. Speckled edges. Engraved frontispiece. Boards worn at edges with some mild chipping, cracking on spine folds, title labels chipped. Armorial bookplate on front paste down, indicating that the book once belonged to Sylvain Van de Weyer, one time Belgium Ambassador to the United Kingdom and briefly Belgium Prime Minister under Leopard I. Some spotting and browning on first and last few leaves, else internally neat and clean. Firmly bound. Large 12mo.
