Sun-faded spine; rubbed corners and spine ends, cloth wearing; top rear corner lightly bumped. Top text block edge tanning, remaining edges starting to tan and fox. Front hinge starting to crack, bookseller's label on rear pastedown. Otherwise, internally neat, clean, bright and tight, barring some foxing to prelims. This is the second volume of a two volume sequel to The History of the Zulu War by Frances Ellen Colenso and Lieut-Colonel Edward Durnford published in 1880.
