272pp. Quarter-bound with brown leather-covered spine over brown cloth-covered boards, embossed emblem on front, gilt titles on spine. 12mo. Light wear and moderate mottling to boards; shelf number stickers taped at spine heel (extending onto boards), ends rubbed; moderately rubbed and rounded corners; text block edges heavily tanned and starting to fox, bottom edge lightly stained, top edge dusty. Endpapers heavily tanned and moderately stained; front endpapers, title page and copyright page have lender's markings; hinges have bookbinder's tape, gutters occasionally stretched, some scarring on first page of text. Occasional light soiling and lender's markings throughout volume.
