Second edition. [vi], 404, 110pp. with an engraved portrait frontispiece. Half-bound in red leather over bright red cloth, gilt titles (and call number) on spine. 4to. The binding is solid but somewhat plain and workmanlike, likely a library binding. Some small scuffs along lower edge of rear panel. Bookplate from Warrington Municipal Library on front paste down. Text block edges have some browning and spotting but generally internally neat, clean and bright. Firmly bound. A very nice copy in a later binding.
