A later reprint of the 1915 Penlee Cookery book, one of the earliest vegetarian recipe books produced by Annie Barnett who cooked for the families who rented her cottages in Devon in the early part of the 20th century. The recipes and sample menus include several vegan dishes too. Hard to find.
