Very gently rubbed at corners and spine ends, a few mild marks on cloth. Deckled edges heavily spotted, and some faint and occasional foxing to pages, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. A later edition of the memoirs of historian Edward Gibbon, first published in the late 18th century.
