Leatherette covered boards with elaborate gilt decorations front, back and spine (clean, bright, very slightly rubbed on base of spine). Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original, illuminated slipcase (slipcase a little rubbed and slightly soiled). The manuscript from which a selection of pages is here reproduced is outstanding among the many fine examples of books illuminated in the Netherlands in the late 15th century.
