Red cloth-covered boards; gilt design and colour pasted portrait on front, gilt titles on front and spine; top text block edge sprayed gilt. 8vo. Sun-faded spine, lightly rubbed top corners and spine ends. Fore text block edge foxing; fore and bottom edges tanning. Front pastedown has smudge, free endpapers starting to fox and tan. Single plate loosely laid-in. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight.
