Not dated but c 1950. 192pp. Colour plate frontispiece. Pale green cloth-covered boards with black lettering and motif on front panel (boards a little rounded and worn around corners and spine ends). Previous owner's name on front endpaper, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original, price-clipped dust jacket (rubbed and chipped at edges, fraying at spine ends). Some spotting on text block edge. Dick Wyatt joins his father at a tin mine in South America, but when he discovers a plot to overthrow the Government, which involves the Russians and Flying Saucer, he is caught and sent into the jungle to die.
