Wrappers are worn all over and rubbed at edges, staples rusted. Text block edges a little toned. Internally some pages have some light edge wear else neat, clean, bright and tight. Kent Fire Brigade's General Order No. 56/1948 - Messages from Fires and Other Occurences - has been stapled inside the rear cover.
