1st edition, first impression. xxiv, 64pp, two plate illustrations, with introduction, notes etc. Quarter bound in navy linen over marbled paper boards. Top edge gilt, other edges deckled. Printed on wove paper. Small 4to. Boards rubbed at corners and spine ends, small mark on front, perhaps a tad faded. Previous owner's neat inscription on first leaf, a hint of page toning, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. This play by the well-known 17th century playwright and poet, Thomas Randolph, was not included in his published works. It was first published in this edition, edited from the original manuscript. The illustrations are of that manuscript.
