Internally a little toning on endpapers else neat, clean and tight. Each volume has a previous owner's name inked neatly on the front free endpaper. Somerset Maugham's collected plays were first published, in six volumes, in 1931. In this new edition, the same 18 plays are contained in three volumes, six plays in each. Somerset Maugham himself selected which plays, from among the thirty or so he wrote, should appear in the collected plays.
