288pp. Volume from one of the many incarnations of Nelson's Classics Series, this from around 1950. Cream-coloured boards, gilt decoration to spine and deep red spine label printed over with gilt titles. Upper text block edge coloured red. In original glassine over-jacket - scarce survivals as these were usually discarded by buyers. Very few marks on boards but some slight discolouration at extreme edges. Spines a little sunned. Internally all bright, crisp and clean. Glassine over-jacket chipped with loss, especially at base of front. Internally bright, crisp and clean. 0
