Front pastedown has rubbed area and some browning on endpapers, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. The last volume of the Forsyte saga. There is a tanned newspaper clipping, from the Daily Record for 1 February 1933, reporting at some length the death of John Galsworthy and reflecting on the influence of his work on prisons and penal reform loosely laid in.
