Spanish Post-war Road and Racing Motorcyles: Bultaco, Derbi, Montesa, Ossa, Sanglas and other Roadster and Road Racing Motorcylces, 1945-1985 (Osprey Collector's Library)
First edition, first impression. 192pp. Copiously illustrated in black and white. In red cloth boards with gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Cloth a little bruised at spine ends, very gently rounded at corners. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original, price clipped dust jacket, gently bumped along upper edge, lightly rubbed at base of spine. Dust jacket now protected in a Brodart-style protective wrapper, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives. Based on first hand on the spot research, which could probably now not be repeated, Mick Walker tells the story of Spanish roadsters and road racing motorbikes from the mid 1940s to the mid 1980s, focusing particular on the five leading manufacturers of the era - Bultaco, Montesa, Ossa, Derbi and Sanglas. A very hard to find title.
