No. 2: Solomon Gessner, "The Swiss Theocritus." 28pp with six illustrations and an extra portrait from the original copper-plates engraved in 1802. No. 3.: The Seasons. 32pp, with four illustrations and extra portrait for the original copper-plates engraved in 1792. Vol.4.: Tristram Shandy. 28pp, with six illustrations from the original copper-plates engraved in 1820. Quarter bound in navy blue leather over blue cloth-covered boards; gilt titles on spine. Some general wear to leather on spine. Cloth on bottom corners gently worn through. Coupe of small white specks (appear to be paint) on verso. Minuscule book sellers stamp on front paste down, slight browning of end papers. Previous owner's name on first page.
