Printed by J Leake and to be sold by Walter Davis, in Amen-Corner. Paper aged, with covers lightly soiled, worn at page edges. Some very faint, occasional spotting. Old, mild damp stain affecting top edge of first few pages, not affecting text. Appears to have been bound into covers at some point, but now not present. Approximately 8 x 5.5 inches.
