The Schoolboy's Own Library was issued by Amalgamated Press between 1925 and 1940 as a means of reprinting stories which had originally appeared in one of its magazines such as The Magnet or The Gem. The series fell victim to paper shortages during the second world war and the last issue was in 1940.
