Undated ix, 11-192pp, with numerous black and white plates. Black cloth-covered boards with red titles on spine. Some wear to boards. Spine ends sun-faded where there is dust jacket loss, rubbed and fraying. Small black smudges on the front endpapers. Dust jacket is protected with a Brodart-style sleeve, however torn in various places.
