The allegations were contained in two documents - A Critique Regarding Policy, Parts I & II. These are reproduced towards the end of this report. This damning report on the practices and treatment of patients at St Augustine's Hospital played a significant part in the decision to close the Hospital and the area's redevelopment for housing.
