First edition.  Unpaginated but circa 150pp.  Brown cloth covered boards, illustrated, with lettering front and spine.  Landscape 8vo.  Cloth a little worn and marked, gently rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends.  Hinges cracked.  Endpapers slightly discoloured else internally neat, clean and bright.

A selection of cartoons and caricatures which appeared in the Westminister Gazette during 1903, dealing with current events of the moment, the principle features of that year being the Home Rule Question, but the political history of 1903 could not be complete if it omitted Mr Chamberlain, or the Colonial Secretary in South Africa, or the Education Act of 1902, or reports from the War Inquiries led by Lord Rosebery and Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman...and more.
