The patent granted relates to improvements in automobile fire extinguishing apparatus, namely the combining a steam fire engine with a chemical engine and hydraulic hose reel. The patent was filed by J C Merryweather in June 1904 and granted by the Patent Office in April 1905. It includes the complete specification for the innovation and technical drawing.
