Artist's reference maps of area surrounding Ludlow, Shropshire and sites of Arthurian association (not to scale). A collection of illustrations of Ludlow, and scenes inspired by Ludlow, all by the famous fantasy artist, Peter Andrew Jones. Jones relocated from Wimbledon, London to South Shropshire some years ago, marking a shift in the subject matter of his paintings from fantasy to nature and landscape. This book combines elements of both, with several of the 'fantasy style' pictures drawing on South Shropshire's associations with King Arthur and Arthurian legends.
