Olivia De Havilland (Signed Photograph)

A signed black and white photograph of British-American Hollywood actress Olivia de Havilland. The photograph is approximately 10 inches by 8 inches, with a narrow white margin between the image and edges. The edges are a little worn and corners slightly bruised, but the image is unaffected, remaining bright, clear and crisp. There is a stamp on the back of the photograph which states her name and 'c/o Roy Moseley'. Olivia de Havilland's signature appears at the base of the image; she signed in blue pen. Olivia de Havilland appeared in 49 feature films; she is perhaps best known for playing Melanie Hamilton in Gone with the Wind (1939), a role for which she received the first of her five Oscar nominations. She won two Best Actress Oscars, for To Each His Own (1946) and The Heiress (1949). Judging from de Havilland's appearance and dress in the photograph, it would seem to date from the early 1960s.
