Volume One (of four) only. xxii, 384pp, illustrated frontispiece and engraved title page. In full tree calf leather with gilt decorations, five raised bands on spine and gilt titles on black relief on spine. All edges marbled. Inner gilt dentelles around marbled endpapers. 8vo. Leather is rubbed around a dry and slightly faded spine. Upper text block edge dull. Internally some faint and occasional foxing else neat, clean, bright and tight. Handsome, robust and pleasing volume.
