1947 reprint, first published in 1945. 208pp. Red cloth boards with Mills and Boon motif in corner (lightly worn at edges and corners, rubbed around spine joints, faded to spine, corners rounded). Lending sheet on front free endpaper, no other library markings. Occasional foxing/mild marks, binding giving. In its original, faded dust jacket (rubbed and chipped , worn around edges and folds with minor loss on corners and spine tips, old tape repair at head of spine). Dust jacket supplied in archival-quality mylar wrapper to protect and prolong the life of the jacket. It is not adhered to the book or to the dust jacket. Hard to find, especially in dust jacket.
