Undated (circa 1920-30s). 190pp, plus 4 colour plates including frontispiece. Quarter-bound in brown cloth over blue and black paper-covered boards, blue titles on spine, black titles on front. Blue and white illustrated endpapers. Numerous black and white in-text illustrations. 8vo. Lightly rubbed and bumped spine ends; boards rubbed at edges. Text block edges lightly tanned and starting to fox. Prelims lightly foxed. Previous owner's pencilled name on front free endpaper. Internally there's the occasional spotting to pages otherwise neat, clean, bright and tight. Stories include The Valley of Blue Stones; Tellson Takes a Risk; How Villains Fought of Old and more.
