120pp, maps to endpapers, colour plate frontispiece and numerous other black and white plate illustrations throughout. In red cloth-covered boards (a little faded, gently rounded at spine tips). A tad of spotting on text block edges. Internally neat, clean and tight, barring hint of browning on endpapers. In its original, pictorial dust jacket (a little bumped and rubbed at edges, some spotting, tiny chip on corner). Dust jacket now protected in a Mylar wrapper, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives. This book covers Northamptonshire, Rutland, Huntingdonshire, North Buckinghamshire and part of Oxfordshire - a little publicised part of England but which, as this book shows, is rich in landscape and architecture.
