Cloth heavily worn, rubbed and rounded on corners and around spine, soiled and faded, cloth warped over spine. Flambouyant inscription inked on front free endpaper. Pages toned, especially in margins. Binding loosening with cracked gutters, fragile.
We would not usually offer a book in this condition but it is a very hard to find title, and an important early school girl story; this copy will serve as a reading copy and may fill a gap in a collection until a better copy can be sourced and afforded.
