Eighteen consecutive issues of the journal Light Steam Power, Authentic World News on Steam Power for Cars, Launches and Small Stationary Units, issued bimonthly between January 1972 and December 1974. Each issue is 58pp, with colour printed wrappers, black and white illustrations and related contemporary advertisements. Housed in a bespoke binder, quarter bound in faux green leather over deep green cloth, gilt titles on spine, with strong metal poles binding the journals. 8vo. A heavy set which may incur an additional charge for overseas delivery. Binder is rubbed at edges, rounded at corners, with a few marks on exterior. Journal issues neat, clean, bright and tight throughout, barring the first issue which has a some minor scuffs on front cover. A veritable treasure trove of articles and information on the state of light steam power in the early 1970s, including steam buses and steam cars.
