First published in 1923, this is a twelfth printing from around 1931. 326pp. Original bright orange cloth, with black lettering and illustration front and spine. 12mo. Boards a little rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends, minor indentation on leading edge. Front free endpaper has a previous owner's stamp. Dust jacket -showing a young girl holding a candle towards Psmith, who is in full evening dress holding a revolver - rubbed and chapped at edges, two short closed tears from lower edge on verso, some light shelf wear verso. 5/ price label affixed to spine. Now protected in a Mylar-style protected wrapper fitted without the use of tape or adhesives.
