1838pp, plus 14pp contemporary advertisements bound in at rear. In red cloth-covered boards with elaborate gilt and black decorations. Marbled text block edges. Thick 12mo. Cloth worn at edges, with short cracks on joints and spine ends, spine sunned and dulled, corners rubbed and rounded. Endpapers are heavily tanned and brittle, front free endpaper present but detached and chipped at edges. Gutter cracked between front endpapers and strained between rear endpapers. Text block remains strong, sound and clean.
