J M Barrie's Peter Pan and Wendy Retold for Little People
Not dated but c 1920. Blue boards with black lettering and illustration, chipped, worn, rounded, marked, cracked over spine. Internally some neatish crayon writing, reproducing titles and chapter headings etc. Frontispiece detached, creased and laid in. Frontispiece and six further gravure full page colour illustrations and further line drawings and decorations in text, all by Mabel Lucie Attwell. A well worn copy but good to fill a gap in Peter Pan collection or to admire Attwell's illustrations.
