Top edge gilded, else deckled edges. Boards clean and sound, barring small stain at top of spine on Volume I. Volume I also has a previous owner's name on the endpaper, and the tissue guard backing the frontispiece is starting. Strong, firmly bound, square and clean. Quarto. A lovely set.
