An account of the proceedings of a meeting of the Provincial Grand Lodge in 1909, at which the main business was discussion of the creation of two perpetual presentations for a Boy's School, to memorialise Lord Allerton and Masonic Brother Richard Wilson, and the means by which the funds for the presentations would be raised.
