16pp stapled booklet in strong card covers with french flaps.  Inscribed by Harry Charnock to Lady Boundillon(?), on the reverse of the title page, dated 1958, together with a short manuscript verse.  8vo.  Card covers unevenly toned, a little rubbed on edges and spine.  Suggestion of toning to pages.

W Harry Charnock (b 1902) was educated at St John's, Cambridge and was a civil engineer by profession.  He is perhap better remembered as the "Poet Laureate of Motoring" for his collection of humourous Motoring Verse first published in 1959.  This volume contains a collection of his poetry of a more profound nature.
