Sun-faded spine with titles fading, rubbed corners and spine ends. Top text block edge dust damaged, remaining edges tanning and foxing. Endpapers starting to fox and tan, previous owner's name on front free endpaper. Gutters straining, volume quite loose, pages aging. Otherwise internally neat and clean, barring some very occasional foxing.
Likened at the time to works such as Izaak Walton's Compleat Angler, England Have My Bones records 12 months of T H White life, from March 1934, when as a city-dweller, he spent time in British countryside.
