It includes protocols on the border between Northern Ireland and Ireland, the UK's Sovereign Bases in Cyprus and Gibraltar and various annexes. It also sets out the basis for the Transition Period. The draft was subject to revisions under the Government of Boris Johnson before final agreement as a Treaty between the EU and the UK in 2019.
