164pp. Illustrated, and complete with inserts as originally issued - seven sample photostats and a microfilming with Kodagraph card. In paper covered boards (worn all over, marked and soiled, heavily chipped with some loss at head and heel of spine). Internally pages are a little creamy, with occasional faint spotting, and occasional neat annotations in page margins, a few pages have a small corner crease, and one illustration has been neatly cut out and stapled to the rear endpaper. Date written on front free endpaper. We would not usually offer a book in such poor condition but this a hard to find title, intrinsically interesting for the record it provides of approaches to document reproduction during the second world war, and perhaps unique with the original inserts.
