Book token with inscription pasted onto front paste down, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust jacket, rubbed at edges, a couple of tiny edge nicks and some mild visible shelf wear on verso. Not price clipped. Written more than 30 years before it was published, Hercule Poirot's legion of admirers often saw this as the best of all. In Curtain, the wheel comes full circle and Poirot finds himself back at Styles, the country house where he made his first appearance in The Mysterious Affair at Styles.
