Carnival Night on board the T S S Lady Killarney
A printed, folded card, setting out the menu for Carnival Night on board the Coast Lines' T S S Killarney on 15th July 1947. The cards is gorgeously, colourfully illustrated, with the menu, featuring Consommé Gairloch and Roast Turkey Melfort, typed on. The interior of the card has multiple signatures - presumably gathered from attendees at the Carnival. 8vo. There is some spotting and mild toning to the covers, and very gently rubbing at edges. An evocative memento from the steamships golden era.
