Borley Rectory: The Final Analysis
First edition, first impression. x, 214pp. Monochrome illustrations in text. In black cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Boards very gently rounded at corners and spine ends. One page has a corner crease, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust jacket, moderately bumped at edges, with a little delamination along top edge. Borley Rectory and the phenomena surrounding it have been mired in controversy since the rectory was built in 1663. The alleged haunting of the garden took place soon after. But there has been trickery too surrounding what is alleged to be the most haunted house in Britain. Well reference and illustrated, this volume drawing together all existing research on the Rectory and includes interviews with some of those who remember the more recent incidents.
