Full title: An Account of the West Yorkshire Educational and Benevolent Institution from its Inception in March 1896 when the first �10,000 funded reserve was completed, with a List of Subscribers and Report on the Proceedings at the Luncheon Given to Members of the Charity Committee and Members of St James Lodge, 448, by W Bro. J H Whadcoat in the Victoria Hall, Halifax, Saturday March 31 1906. First, likely only, edition, privately printed for private circulation. Bound in full blue leather with gilt lettering and decoration (boards rubbed at edges, lightly cracked along spine joints, marked and faded on spine). Top edge gilt, all other deckled. Inner gilt dentelles, marbled endpapers. 110pp plus 24 tissue-guarded plate portraits. (Internally some mild, scattered spotting, page edges soiled else neat, clean, bright and tight.) An account of the founding and first ten years of operation of the masonic West Yorkshire Educational and Benevolent Institutional.
