A beautiful edition of Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, first published by the Folio Society in 1952, these two volumes are the eighth printing from 1993, reproducing Sir John Tenniel's classic illustrations of Carroll's stories of Alice. Quarter bound in red cloth over blue cloth decorated boards, the pair match. Coloured endpapers. Upper text block edge red. Clean and crisp throughout, the pair are presented in the original slipcase, which is just a little rubbed on edges. Would make a super heirloom giff.
