The book is signed and inscribed by R A Silverlock, Senior Agricultural Officer. who made contributions to the book . In green cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on the spine in gold with a red background. 4to. A large and very heavy volume which will require an additional charge for overseas delivery. Very slight discolouration to the top and bottom front edges. Minor discolouration and slight rubbing on spine ends. Internally the book is clean, neat, tight and bright. Dust jacket is in very good condition, with mild creasing to the front and rear corners. Slight rubbing to the bottom of the spine and mild bumping to the top of spine. Dust jacket is protected in an old plastic sleeve. This book is comprised of 26 chapters relating to the physical and human background to agriculture in Ghana in the 1959 as well as dealing with with forestry, diseases and pests of cocoa and other crops.
