Not dated but has appearance of a rebound volume from the late 19th century. 346pp. Illustrated frontispiece and title page. Strong green publisher's cloth boards, decorated with blind impressions, printed titles, gilded to spine (slightly worn, rounded at corners and spine ends). Lending sheet on front endpaper, else no other library markings and internally neat, clean, bright and tight, barring most occasional spotting. A very hard to find title, deemed culturally important, although a modern audience may likely find it moralistic. From the author of Queen of Herself, Fettered Yet Free etc (all of which are now hard to find or uncommon).
