Volume 1: xviii, 424; Volume 2, x, 384pp; Volume 3: x, 432pp. Blue cloth-covered boards; gilt design on front, gilt titles on spine.  Top text block edges of volumes 2 & 3 uncut.  Brown endpapers. 8vo.  All volumes in similar condition, sun-faded spines, rubbed corners and spine ends with cloth wearing, fore edges mottled. Top text block edges dust damaged, remaining edges tanning. Some pages have been released poorly resulting in some tearing. Lender's stamps and markings on front endpapers, title and copyright pages, volume loose. Otherwise internally neat and clean.
