Cloth is heavily worn and marked, rubbed all round edges, rounded at corners and spine ends; spine sunned and ridged, rear panel cracked in three places. Spine break in text block, loosening almost entirely one signature, the last page of which is so misplaced that the edges have protruded and are now damaged. 'Society of Women Journalists' neatly inked at the head of the title page. Endpapers a little spotted and marked, rear free endpaper heavily creased. The text block is complete and generally clean, all pages present. Suitable as a working/reference copy, albeit requiring careful handling.
